Former Manila City Vice Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso was appointed as an undersecretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development by President Rodrigo Duterte.
Duterte signed the appointment paper Tuesday but it was only released to media Wednesday.
Last October 2017, Domagoso quit his post as chairman and chief executive officer of North Luzon Railways Corp., citing personal reasons. He was appointed to Northrail in July of that year.
